Hannah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people become the healthiest, most confident versions of themselves. She has been an RDN since 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, with a specialty in Sports Dietetics. At Whitebelt Athletics, Hannah combines her expertise in performance nutrition with a real-world, no-diet approach to help members build sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. She believes in empowering people to make confident, informed food choices— not chasing quick fixes. As a dedicated CrossFitter since early 2023, Hannah brings both personal experience and professional insight into every coaching session. She loves celebrating the wins— big or small— and finds true joy in watching others gain strength, confidence, and freedom through nutrition and fitness.
