You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
Kick off your CrossFit journey with On Ramp; our 3-session introductory program that creates a solid foundation for you to enter group classes with a basic understanding of our movement and exercise philosophies.
During On Ramp, you will:
Learn how to properly perform our most commonly used movements in a safe and effective manner
Receive individualized coaching and movement modifications specific to your needs
Get a crash course to the language, acronyms and terminology of CrossFit.
After completing your 3rd session, you are ready to join group classes where you will continue to learn new movements while improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and increase mobility.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
