Powerlifting is a strength program built around three foundational lifts: the back squat, bench press, and deadlift. These movements aren’t just for competitors; they’re powerful, functional skills that carry over into everyday life. When you train to move heavy weight safely and efficiently, you develop real-world strength, better mobility, and a deeper understanding of what your body can do.

Whether you're brand new to a barbell or have years of lifting under your belt, this program is designed for women of all ages and experience levels. We meet you exactly where you are and build you up safely and confidently.
Black Dahlia Powerlifting is a female-only program, coached by Jaime, a certified and highly experienced female powerlifter. You’ll learn proper technique, gain confidence under the bar, and receive guidance tailored specifically to the needs of women in strength training.
Our structured training model gives you the ideal blend of coaching, accountability, and flexibility.
Training Cycle:
• 4-day-per-week programming
• 16 training days per month
• Up to 8 independent training sessions at Whitebelt Athletics
• Up to 8 in-person coached sessions with Jaime
Session Duration:
Each 90-minute training session includes:
• A guided warm-up
• Your main strength work
• Accessory training
• A mobility-focused cool down
